इस केस के विवरण, अपील प्रोसेस के हिस्से के तौर पर Meta और यूज़र द्वारा बोर्ड को प्रदान की गई जानकारी पर आधारित हैं और पैनल के विचार-विमर्श शुरू करने से पहले पोस्ट किए जा रहे हैं, ताकि पब्लिक कमेंट के लिए समय दिया जा सके। इस प्रकार, वे न तो केस के बोर्ड के मूल्यांकन को दर्शाते हैं और न ही नीतिगत केस की पूरी श्रृंखला को दर्शाते हैं जिन्हें पैनल, केस से जुड़ा हुआ मान सकता है। पैनल, कमेंट सबमिट करने के लिए अपडेट की गई समय-सीमा के साथ, केस से संबंधित अतिरिक्त जानकारी को पोस्ट करने का फ़ैसला कर सकता है।

- ओवरसाइट बोर्ड द्वारा पहचानी गई समस्याओं पर प्रतिक्रिया देनी चाहिए।
- ऐसी सामग्री, जो अप्रासंगिक, अपमानजनक या किसी व्यक्ति या व्यक्तियों के समूह के मानव और मौलिक अधिकारों का अनादर करती है या अन्यथा पब्लिक कमेंट के लिए ओवरसाइट बोर्ड की शर्तों का उल्लंघन करती है, उस पर विचार नहीं किया जा सकता।
